Requiring a sign-up is the fastest way to lose half your responses. Six tools let an organizer create a poll and participants respond with no account at all: Meetly, LettuceMeet, When2Meet, Xoyondo, Rallly and Timeful. Every sign-up wall between someone and the thing you asked them to do costs you responses. For a group poll that is fatal, because you need close to everybody. A tool that asks eleven people to create accounts will hear back from six.
What does no account actually mean?
Three different things get called account-free, and the distinction matters. Some tools require an account to create but not to respond. Some require neither. Some require neither but push sign-in so hard that participants think they have to. Check both sides before committing.

What are you giving up by avoiding accounts?
Usually one thing: durable access to your own polls. Without an account, most of these tools identify you by a token stored in your browser, so clearing site data or switching to your phone can lose the organizer link. Save that link somewhere when you create the poll.
Can I create a scheduling poll without signing up?
Yes. Meetly, LettuceMeet, When2Meet and Xoyondo all let you create a poll with no account. Doodle, Calendly and Cal.com require one.
Do participants ever have to make an account?
None of the six tools above require it. Every one of them lets a participant open the link, respond and leave.

Is my calendar data safe if I connect one?
