took like 30 seconds to set up and everyone had responded by that night. no login, no app, nobody complaining. that's the whole bar for me and it cleared it

I run scheduling for a 40 person student org and I have tried basically everything. Doodle got annoying once they started pushing accounts on people. When2Meet works but it looks like it was built in 2006 and half our members clicked out of it. Meetly was the first one where I sent the link and did not have to follow up with instructions. I connected my Google calendar so my own busy times filled in automatically, and about a third of the group did the same. The rest just dragged on the grid. We locked in a time in under a day.

Was pretty sure this would be another scheduling tool that dies after two uses. I've used it four times now. Took me a minute to figure out where to add the people I was waiting on, but once I found it the reminder button did the work for me.

I am not especially comfortable with new software and I appreciated that this did not ask me to create an account or download anything. My daughter sent the link, I clicked the days that worked, and that was the end of it. Very straightforward.

Good stuff: no signup, works on my phone, the suggested times were actually the times that worked. Less good: I wanted to add a note about where we were meeting and had to hunt for it. Would still use it again and have.
